In partnership with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), a government agency under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the preloved luggage that the customers will trade-in in exchange for up to 40% off discount on featured items will be donated for the benefit of first-time overseas Filipino workers who will need reliable travel gear as they embark on their journey of working abroad.
The event happens at The Travel Club SM Mall of Asia (Pasay City), Estancia Mall (Pasig), and Eastwood Mall (Quezon City) on March 13-15, 2025. Make sure to read thru the mechanics and the terms and conditions below for your guidance.

A. DONATE YOUR OLD CASE FOR A CAUSE - GUIDELINES 2025
To qualify the customer must bring his/her old usable and in-working condition luggage (4-wheel or 2-wheel) or bags (business case/laptop case/messenger bag/shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack), and exchange it for special discounts on the featured products (luggage & bags).
NO Trade-In Item, NO Discount

Customer with traded in item/s is eligible to avail special discounts on featured collections/items which will range from fifteen percent (15%) to up to forty percent (40%) discount.
If a customer is unable to select from the featured items, the customer can choose from the non-participating regular-priced items at 10% OFF.
Discount offered will be on a one (1) is to one (1) basis.
One (1) luggage = discount on one (1) luggage. One (1) bag = discount on one (1) bag
If a customer traded-in a luggage, he/she may only buy a luggage (any bag product with at least 2 wheels will be considered a luggage). If customer traded-in a bag (business case/laptop case/messenger bag/shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack), and wants to purchase a luggage, offer will be less 10% off the featured item’s discount
If a customer traded-in a bag (business case/laptop/messenger bag, shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack) and wishes to purchase a luggage, the discount that can be availed of by the customer is only 20% (for those at 30% discount) or 30% (those at 40% discount) depending on the collection.
Note: Less 10% on discount offer for traded-in bag in exchange for luggage
Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other on-going store promotions, markdowns and other sale items.
If a customer (with trade-in items) is unable to choose any item from the product selection at the venue, the sale number tags may be exchanged at the cashier for a 10% discount on regular-priced item only during the duration of the trade-in sale.
An installment of 3 months at 0% interest may be offered for credit card transactions with a minimum purchase of P 3,000.
Offers are not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.

*** The Travel Club team has the final decision to determine whether the luggage is functional, usable, and suitable for donation to OWWA.
C. CUSTOMER JOURNEY
Upon entry, the customer must surrender the trade-in item/s to the authorized store representative and exchange it for Sale Number Tag (SNT).
No Sale Number Tag (SNT), No Discount.
The Sale Number Tags will serve as basis in determining the item –whether bag or luggage- and quantity of item surrendered by the customer.
One (1) Traded In Item = One (1) Sale Number Tag
Sale Number Tags released to customers are only valid for use on the duration of the trade-in sale event when the SNTs are released.
When selection from the featured items for trade-in has been made, the Customer must proceed to the Cashier Counter to pay for the items chosen.
Sale Number Tags must first be surrendered to the Cashier Counter when paying for the items.
The Sale Number tags is only valid to be exchanged during the duration of the trade-in sale.
If the customer is unable to choose any items during the trade-in sale, the customer can still take back their traded-in luggage only during the day.
