Our products are made to exacting standards so you are assured of great travels ahead. However, if any product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, we aim to make the warranty-claiming process as convenient as possible.

For a smoother journey of warranty claims, kindly save your in-store and online receipt as proof of purchase. As we require proof of payment when processing a warranty claim, this will verify that your purchase was made at an authorized Travel Club store.

Keep in mind that each brand provides different warranty guidelines for products purchased. This receipt storage portal does not cover warranty claims outside the Philippines but we can help you provide a copy of the receipt if needed.
