The actual receiving of your item and/or issuance of Repair Order is the Day 1 journey of your repair. Repairing your bag will take us 2-4 weeks, depending on the logistics schedule, refurbishment concern and line up of repair from other customers. Disclaimer: Assessment results may be denied warranty claims if the results are not a manufacturing defect. An estimated cost of repair can be requested after submitting the details.
