Customer Service and Delivery Time need to improve!

Dear The Travel Club PH,

Unfortunately I dont have a positive review for your company, I STILL have to receive my order.

I order from you so I have something to use for my travel since your ads looks very enticing on my feed, I even took the risk of buying an expensive item. I had to buy another lugage from the mall sinse I cant wait or dont know how long to wait for my lugage to arrive. Im now abroad and still the luggae havent arrived.

There is no way I can track my order (Although there is a tracking number), no telephone number to call for an update only a message that no help whatsoever.

Your customer service is terrible and have to improve alot.
You Atleast need to indicate delivery time for items.

Needless to say I will not order again from you.
