Ag light blue from Ayala Cebu Flight 101 being a Fan of Ace. bag which I owned a handful.

I used the bag first day of my convention when I noticed a "dirt like" line. Even my companion asked me as she noticed it. It was line something in the fabric. As the day progresses, it became more evident and has new lines. I brush it off and used it the second day, the more it has some markings I dont know where it came from. 3rd day i change bag. I passed by the store and told the sales staff. She said bring it back to the store. I did. The lady sales staff was more accomodating and finding ways, well mannered and customer focus. Then there was this young man who by the time he opened his mouth spat out rubbish. He in accusatory statement said, it became dirty because u used it. If you did notnise it and return we will accept that. Tjat arrofant, that unknowing in how to address customer. If he continue to be in Flight 101 and Hershels store, then the store is not worth visiting ti be manned by such an untrained staff like him.
