1 reviewI am extremely disappointed with my recent luggage purchase for my son and this will be my first and last time ordering from this company. I spent nearly P9K on this item, only to receive luggage that arrived in unacceptable condition, covered with scratches and dents. It honestly feels like I was robbed.
The condition of the luggage is shocking for something that is supposed to be brand new. This raises a serious question: were the photos provided not clear enough, or was this item knowingly shipped despite its condition? No customer paying this amount of money would be happy receiving a damaged product.
To make matters worse, your customer service offered me either a credit to use on a future purchase or to return the luggage for review and possible replacement. Unfortunately, my son’s flight is in 7 days, so returning the item is not an option. This situation leaves me with no real solution and no confidence that the issue will be properly reconsidered.
This entire experience has been unbelievable and unacceptable, especially given the premium price. I strongly believe this situation deserves proper compensation, not vague offers or delays. I expected far better quality control and customer service.
I would not recommend to buy from website and to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality luggage.
