It came poorly packed, not even using the original box it came with. Looks like a display item for i don't know how long. Totally different from those that were reviewed in Lazada or Shoppee and i mean it in a bad way. Item i got also looked different from the picture.. the zippers are placed differently and the qr code was missing. I don’t know how to feel about it and for sure i am a bit disappointed. I expected so much from TTC and Delsey. This purchase was intended to be a gift for a special someone but how it was sent just destroyed the mood.
