The image advertised on your website should show the actual item or include a disclaimer or, at the very least include images of the updated version of the item(s) so as to give the customer an informed choice if they want to proceed with the purchase or not. In my case, there were some differences between the item advertised from what I received; Your customer service team claimed, the one I got was the newest version. Still, had I knew the design had changed, I should have given the choice/option. Even the main (or international) website of Delsey Paris shows the same Titanium Graphite images with those on your (TheTravelClub PH) site. This makes me wonder if the one I received was really the newest. For me, this is borderline false advertising. That's all, thank you.
